I got this the other day on JFK-DUB. It should just be a generic "we need to check your documents at the airport" message. Seems Delta has not bothered to program a different message for checking COVID docs, which is a little odd at this stage. Hopefully they will address this soon or they'll have a ton of people needlessly clogging up the phone queue.
What’s funny is that I’ve flown CDG-ATL twice in the past two months and have been able to do ONLCI and get my BPs although my test and attestation needs to be verified.
