Just completed two one-night stays here on each end of a cruise out of Naples. Applied SNA's to each reservation and each time was upgraded into the "High Floor Suite, 1 Bedroom Suite, 1 King". Stayed in Room 920 on the first stay and 921 on the second. Status was recognized and I was given the 1k gift points and offered an option of another 750 points or the Continental Breakfast as my welcome amenity. Both times opted for the breakfast. Both staysI was also granted early check in; the first at 11:30am and the second at 1pm. Requested late check-out to 3pm on the first stay and was granted 2pm.

As far as the stay itself, the lobby is nice and refreshed and the location as central as can be for Naples. VERY convenient to the cruise terminal/port, which we walked to in less than 15 minutes (although the walk back is slightly uphill, still very manageable with luggage). Both mornings availed ourselves of both hot and cold options at the breakfast and was never up-charged (as was apparently the previous practice). Offering is fairly basic with pre-made scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage or fresh pancakes (from a pancake machine) all in addition to typical European cold breakfast fare (cold cuts, cheese, salad, pastries, yogurt, juices and espresso drinks). As has been noted, the best part of this hotel is the beautiful rooftop terrace view (where breakfast is served). Rooms are dated and well worn, but kept very clean.
