Yes, I have. It's a little nerve racking having recalled BA (and waited!) to be assured that it 'had been sent to ticketing' and also finding that it had not appeared on my credit card record. However, I calmed down and waited for the statement (flight was two months ahead) and there it was, all processed. I estimated that it took about a week to process.
