I'm in the middle of a hot mess with Opodo with a multi-airline itinerary from Portugal to Brasil that had a flight cancellation that threw everything of by a day but wasn't resolved. I received an email with a proposed itinerary and a number to call, but the revised flights were not rebooked. And with the phone number provided---or any phone in any country so far--I get the automated attendant and cannot get through to any number because mycancelled* flight is too far away at a month out, and the chat bot is definitely not playing ball in terms of letting me get through.

This shouldn't be that complicated a change, but it's sure turning out to be one.

I've used sketchy OTAs like Opodo (which I guess is owned by eDreams?) before for uncomplicated itineraries without complications, but I guess the lesson learned is never again for anything even slightly more complicated, it's just not worth it.

It'll be a shame as I'll lose this good fare, but I guess I'll file a chargeback in the coming week if I can't figure out how to fix my flights.

If any of you have suggestions on how to get through to a real human, or for that matter, hold this awful, awful outfit accountable please do let me know.
