This glitch has been going on for over a week. I think SK IT has decided to make it a feature and stop trying to fix it...
You can call to get seats assigned, but even as EBD I have been consistently waiting 10-15 minutes to get a pick up in recent weeks. This is especially striking since at the beginning of the pandemic when everyone was cancelling and rebooking I never had to wait more than 2 minutes. This is really not acceptable, even for SK...
