It's a shame as I loved the hotel and it's location. Honestly I'd recommend you stay in town over Snowmass since you won't be skiing. The Gant, Hotel Jerome, St Regis, and the Little Nell are all great places to stay.
Thanks for the feedback. The HRC did have cash availability the other day at $300, so I may wait for that to come back, as opposed to $225 for Capital Lodge.
