I converted a handwritten log to an Excel spreadsheet about 10 years ago ... opened my FR24 account ~2017 using my last two flights as a test case ... out of a total of 2500+, they were numbers 2249 and 2250 on commercial airlines, and I've added about another 250 since

the amount of grunt work to basically repeat the conversion seems excessive: I have a bunch of extra columns for running counts in various categories; also I don't log each segment as a separate flight, and FR24 doesn't support multi-stop flights
