I apologize in advance for starting a new thread about TSUs. But today while staying at a New York hotel I saw the hyatt bill instead of my own. The hotel received $100 for the room and an additional $40 for the suite upgrade.
as a side note hyatt paid for the breakfast and the destination fee was credited to hyatt- it was deducted from the payment.
This was on an award night using a TSU.
