Stay Report - 9/24 to 9/25

Location: The hotel is located on the south and east side of the airport on University Drive between 44th and 48th Streets. It's in a sleepy mostly industrial neighborhood (though there's a Denny's in walking distance) near a few other hotels. It's very easy to get to PHX or Tempe and it's right by freeways which will take you to I-10.

Hotel: The hotel is an older style CY property with four floors, an interior courtyard, outdoor pool and sitting area and a bistro and large parking lot. It's definitely an older property but it's well maintained and all the common areas are very nice. Like older CYs there can be waits and long walks to elevators though.





Check In: the staff at this hotel were amazing. Someone from the front desk came to pick me up right after I called, the front desk agent when I arrived had my room ready to go, gave me both the F&B credit and welcome points and upgraded me to a suite. Amazing Titanium treatment.

Room: The older style but having a suite is nice and everything worked well. Both TVs were set up for streaming, the shower was hot, Wifi worked and there were outlets next to the bed.









Based on how well I was treated I will make this my new airport go to in PHX
