The message went quickly, but I thought I got the ESTA message when OLCI stopped short of E-BP.
So I must go to the counter anyway because of luggage and can show CDC card + negative COVID test for OKC-ATL-FCO.
However, after going to the counter will I be able to get E-BP or am I stuck with paper BPs?
