I would suggest the problem may be that you're not eating your nachos fast enough if they get soggy! Honestly, I've only seen that happen with takeout nachos, when I make it at home with good chips, no problem.

I would very much like to try cheetos with nacho cheese sauce. I like dipping Dorito's in it.
