I've always found the lounge agents to be very helpful. But my thinking on the UC (through the MP Club card) is that I see business travel (including international) getting planned for 2022, so figure I would be going to UA lounges enough to justify it for another year. (One IRROPs with a 6 hour delay and I usually feel I got my value out of the year's membership.) I have the Amex Plat with Centurion and PP as well, but I go through a lot of airports that either don't have those, or other times they are so far away from the gates I am flying in and out of that they aren't practical. But there are plenty of other reasons justifying an Amex Plat (airline credit, other credits, uber etc.).
