In F, I prefer to put my bag directly over my seat, but I recognize that anywhere in F is fair game for others in F. Reason one million and one to board early. I was afraid that going from 1K to Plat would hurt my chances of getting close overhead space, but I'm usually in BG 1 anyway, so it has not been an issue.
