Good for you. I have observed too many people getting up 5, 6 times (or more) to retrieve something from their carryon, to rearrange their carryon, to put things back, all in the while other pax are boarding, and clogging up the process. Get your affairs together before boarding the plane, or wait until after boarding has completed.
