+1 for just book everyone on one booking

it is not possible to mix HBO and Economy that includes bags on one ticket

if you make 2 seperate bookings, one with bags and one HBO, then the seat blocking done by theoretical seating will make it difficult to get seats together when it comes to checking in whoever was not on the booking with the silver card holder
