So my personal favorite hotel in Las Vegas, the Cosmo, has effectively been sold to MGM. The deal will fully commence in first half of 2022, assuming all goes well.
I am personally bummed, I have my opinions on most of the major Vegas corporate / loyalty program players, but this is Hyatt forum, not Vegas. The Cosmo has treated me well.

Posting here because I'd say there's gotta be a huge chance this hotel switches from Marriott to Hyatt program as all other MLife properties are Hyatt, although Vegas has always been an odd market... you don't get many of the Globalist benefits but still often some nights and points if the room isn't fully comped. It'll be interesting to see what happens. Maybe somehow being MLife Gold, Cosmo Gold, and Hyatt Globalist will benefit me... though I doubt it.
