You should be able to see the e-ticket number, however (in the "passengers" box, under your name and FB status, if applicable) and also a summary of the main conditions of the ticket (in the "payment details" box, by clicking on view payment conditions).

With other airlines once tickets are issued, you will see a tab on the booking labeled as "Receipt and Itinerary" or something like that - a Receipt, that has the eTicket info. Can't find this on AF site.
You need to check in the booking you made , it will appear if payment was processed and ticket issued

if you have the app , open the booking and scroll down to the bottom and you will see ticket number , in case it was issued you can click and send yourself a summary . On the website it should be in a similar location , check the bottom of the page

Yes, usually in remote stations , depending on how good the self service kiosk is , you have three methods = e-ticket , passport or frequent flyer number
