One of my recently booked tickets KL sent me an email instead explaining that the eticket had been issued but there was a delay in emailing it due to technical issues. Followed within the same minute by the eticket email.
The confirmation email finally came 2+ hours later. Then after another 1.5 hour, a "Booking is Confirmed" email came. I assume the "Booking is Confirmed" should come shortly after payment is received, followed by actual eTicket confirmation. Now not only it takes much longer than normal but in wrong sequence. Their emailing system is messed up.

Keep in mind that it might be that they have placed a hold on your card and not actually charged you (I know on my Amex it looks identical for the first day or two until it is processed), in which case something might still be wrong with it and no e-ticket was issued.
Where do I see the eTicket info? I can find the reservation under My Bookings after logged in, and can see details of the booking - but there is NO eTicket info at all.
With other airlines once tickets are issued, you will see a tab on the booking labeled as "Receipt and Itinerary" or something like that - a Receipt, that has the eTicket info. Can't find this on AF site.

In any case, the eTicket confirmation came, with the pdf file attachment where there is the QR code to scan for boarding pass... I am curious, if a person does not have the ability to get the QR code on a phone, would he still be able to get the boarding pass from the kiosk by way of entering the PNR, or Flying Blue number?
