I am getting nowhere fast with BA. I decided to write to Customer Relations explaining the situation and noting that I would have to take an FTV to avoid being a no show,

Unfortunately, I’m getting responses telling me how to rebook my flights and use an FTV. When I asked for a deadlock letter to allow me to go to CDER, I got this: “As previously advised, please call our Change Booking team so they can assist you with rebooking your flights. We wouldn't issue CEDR for an issue like this.”

Under the CEDR process can I send a letter before action or is there some equivalent? I think I need to do this as I need to make it clear that I am talking about being denied right to rebook as provided for in law and this is obviously not being understood by the person (or robot?) that’s been allocated my case.
