I would check the PNR in AF website to confirm it has an e-ticket number attached to it (you can also request another e-mail to be sent, maybe use a different e-mail address just to make sure it's not something on your side).
Keep in mind that it might be that they have placed a hold on your card and not actually charged you (I know on my Amex it looks identical for the first day or two until it is processed), in which case something might still be wrong with it and no e-ticket was issued.
