No still without, I did chase but was told nothing wrong with the booking. So not sure now.
I’ve just received an e ticket, can now choose seats and while the deposit is still showing as £0 - they deducted the voucher off the final payment.
I still have the error message come up, but I’m going to presume this is because a deposit hasn’t been technically paid?
I haven’t received confirmation a voucher was used though, so I hope if I need to cancel I can get a new voucher with ease…
