I wonder how long it will be before BA follow the new LCC model of effectively charging you for larger carry-ons, whereby you either have pay to select certain seats in order to be able to take it on board, or are forced to pay to check it in if you haven't paid for these seats? I'm hoping that they don't go down this route, or if they do that it's a status perk that you can take your larger carry-on with you.
