My wife has a work trip coming up next March for which she will book her accommodations and be reimbursed afterwards. I will be traveling with her.

My question is, could she book our stay under her name (different last name) and then add my Bonvoy number to the reservation so that the points accrue under my account and we receive my Ambassador benefits? Of course, I will be traveling with her, but her name has to be on the folio to receive reimbursement.
