Great review.
Fruit bowl changed daily.
Top sheet provided upon request and remembered from from first stay to second.
Room service tea and coffee delivered in 15-20 minutes.

Greeting by name consistently. And, I fear I have become quite fat-headed by being addressed as Madame Lewark, take note.
Housekeeping was helpful and kindly when I was sidelined by back pain, checked on me. Also, when I showed them my cat photos they were suitably impressed and showed me their chat photos. I love this place!
Upon checking in, staff noticed my difficulty with stairs and contrived a work-around.
PCR express test arranged within an hour; done in our suite, results delivered asap.

Concierge services
Obtained opera tickets for the Palais Garnier production of Iphegenia et Tauride just seven hours ahead of a largely sold out performance, and best seats.
Fixed a reservation I made with a food tour company.
Recommended best Giverny tour operator and arranged tickets.

What’s lost in this list is the ubiquitous kindness and competence of all with whom I interacted.
