Just a few questions regarding these.

1) Can they be redeemed at all through ba.com?
2) If you use them at a travel shop do you get charged extra, like the £15 offline booking fee? I will likely be booking a restricted domestic flight only and not a holiday or anything.
3) Are there any flights that these cannot be used upon?
