You cannot “pursue” it as such - other than staying at FS hundreds of times per year before they recognize you to be eligible for it.
Also, don’t loose sleep over the benefits - they are all unstated, small recognition elements (an upgrade here and there, curbside check-in).
Even if you are a “member” of the program, you most likely won’t know that you are a member, all you would notice is that you get the little tokens of appreciation from time to time from the hotel GM. There aren’t any points etc.
