Why? The RCTs documented that vaccine is safe and effective. Why would you value peer-reviewed RCT over not-peer-reviewed descriptive study? This actually seems silly. As someone who does stats for living I can assure you that w/o peer review I can massage the data to show that vaccines are good, bad, or have no effect even if the true causal effect is positive.
