OK, I haven't seen that yet, but that seems similar to what cfischer was saying.

On seat maps that show the orange seats, that's still the distinction, even though you're right that Polaris service won't be offered domestically.

1-2-1 would be the Polaris seats; the 777-300ER was delivered with Polaris seats, and IIRC, the 787-8 conversion is complete. So where are you seeing orange?

The remaining planes with Global First cabins are in storage. (Frankly, I was surprised to find that they existed at all; I thought UA had completed the 772 conversion, but the fleet site lists three still in that config).
