Sounds like one of the better happy hour offerings, a bit similar to Sheraton Grand on the Asian side where they have an a la carte menu, multiple course and for sure it's a full meal.
I would not mind moving conversation to a Bodrum thread, but EDITION has great views as well depending on the room type - in my opinion the advantage of Caresse is for people who want proximity to the old town. The one dimension missing is service were EDITION crushes Caresse at least based on 2018-2020 data points.
