It’s independent and I included that info because the F&B benefit is different depending on the brand, and this property is not labeled as belonging to any specific brand. I’ll assume it’s a Hilton for sake of discussion.

Edit: the official name on the hotel-specific website says “… a Hilton hotel”. I took that to mean it’s part of the whole Hilton family, but is independent of any one brand since it’s so different than most other hotels. Looking back, this may mean it’s a Hilton-branded hotel like “Hilton Atlanta Airport” or “Beverly Hills Hilton”.
