Yes, I think a mail-in test as with the Day 2and Day 8 in the UK would e good. As it stands this seems more like a Test to Release program than a shortening f the quarantine. And if you are positive on Day 10 there is not a great deal the extra 4 days will accomplish because if you are shedding as a vaccinated individual it means your case of the 'Vid occurred within the past 3-5 days which means at the place of quarantine not prior. I would like to see a system of home testing and mail-in tests for vaccinated individuals.
