I am on a scheduled 8:55 tonight STL-DAL. The flight weather is perfect both here and in Dallas.

I have received no less than SIX automated updates this morning of flight time and boarding time changes. Every new time is slightly different, but all are in a 30 minute window after the current scheduled departure time of 8:55. E.g., they hit various times, back and forth, between 8:55 and 9:25 departure.

What would cause continual minute changes in the schedule, when weather is not an issue? Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth? What sense does this make? Why do I keep getting these? It's like a monkey has gotten control of the computer and keeps hitting a button.
