I knew that the Sky Pool existed from photos but I didn`t go looking for it. I inadvertently passed by the Garden Pool while walking along the garden paths. Since the Garden Pool and everything else including the spa was open, I see no reason why the Sky Pool wouldn`t be open too. If it's important to know, you could always call the hotel and ask.
