yes, my last SJC-LAX on OO, they didn't even pass out the snack basket until someone complains, she said it is because the flight is too short, when other people complain as well, she finally took out the snack basket, the basket is already have a full set up when she took it out from the cart, she didn't even need to arrange, so there is really no excuse
FYI, she didn't even put the box water and wipes on the armrest for boarding

As QX e175 fleet expands, AS could use QX for longer routes where a meal service is provided and use OO for shorter routes where it isn't.

Well QX already fly ORD-BOI that has meal service, same with OO flying ORD-PDX
