Tried calling them today and the system isn't taking calls any more. Called LH and they're not taking any calls either.

This is disappointing, to say the least. I guess I'll just take advantage of the free cancelation policy and rebook with a carrier that doesn't operate as though they're bankrupt and going out of business.
