I love the location of the W Union Square but the staff is rude and I have never had a good experience there (stayed about 6x). W Times Square is in the middle of Times Square but it was close to one office I worked at when I was in NYC. I stayed there probably 30-40x. I frequently got upgrades. The destination fee is annoying but overall I liked the hotel.
