Last month I was on AA72 from HNL-ORD and FEBO was not followed. I was in row 2 and got lucky there was a chicken left, but the folks in the middle were stuck with "pasta or nothing" as their choice. I asked the flight attendant why she didn't start at the front on an even numbered flight and she just glared at me for a couple of seconds and then continued on her way. I don't know if there is any good way to confront this problem when it happens. If you wait until the end, then they have given everything else away. Do I have to wait attentively until they start service and then run to the back (or front) of the cabin and correct them before they take too many orders?
