Sacher Vienna vs. other options

I'm going to be in Vienna in two weeks for 4 nights. Currently, booked at the Sacher through Amex FHR in a deluxe view room for $530 a night. A classic room at the Park Hyatt is $400, Hotel Imperial is $445 and the Bristol would start at $363. Accepting that the Sacher room is one-level up from basic in category (if a non-view room becomes available it would be $460), does anyone have any advice on the relative merits of these properties for the introductory rooms, and what upgrade experiences are likely with FHR (or Marriott Gold for the Marriott properties)? I've seen much more detailed reviews on FT for the PH, Imperial and Bristol, but not so much other than passing reference to the Sacher. Prior posts imply that the lower-tier rooms at the Imperial can be hit-or-miss, the service at the PH very uneven and borderline frustrating, and the Bristol overall good, but a step down in service and the basic rooms look a bit drab and tired. This would admittedly be my first 5* hotel experience, so I really don't know what difference to expect between, say the Bristol and the others. I was last in Vienna 8 years ago, and generally found service to be distant and formal - I'm hoping for a bit of warmth and personality. I also see the Intercontinental, which is listed as 5* for $194, but the rooms look like an exurban conference hotel.
