This was the response to my complaint that the 2nd case re: lifetime did not resolve the issue:

"Regarding the Lifetime years, I do not have access to the actual years that you achieved status, just that you have 9 years. Please remember that the first year that you achieve status does not count as a full year so the count starts the next year."
