Anyone have trouble with an FFC that was used for a reservation that was then refunded within 24 hours? The refund e-mail stated the FFC was returned. Website won't allow me to use it (even though asking the website to send me the e-mail with all my FFCs lists it and the current amount). I called UA and the agent I spoke to claimed it was "refunded", whatever that is supposed to mean. Didn't have time to HUCA or escalate to a supervisor - figured I'd check in the meantime if anyone had this experience.
