Would there be any benefit to booking an AA flight BOS-LHR as a 75K above the oneworld benefits? Domestically I can select PE seats on the 772 but BOS-LON I can just select MCE.

Mostly wondering if 75Ks are eligible for an upgrade to PE from Y on international routes because of the AS-AA relationship. If there's no added benefit I might try out BA, especially when the morning flight returns.
