The E175 has 76 seats so very quick to board & deplane. My favorite Y seat in Premium is 6D; more legroom than F. If you prefer isle seats, 6C. Across the isle, 6B is great as you have unlimited legroom to stretch out as there is no F seat directly in front of you. The only caveat is that the isle jogs over from the 1-2 F seat configuration into the Main cabin 2-2 configuration and you get bumped by every passengerror maneuvering around it. I just board later or lean away from the isle.

In F, I prefer 2A, window & isle with under seat stowage. I don't like bulkhead seating. From a window placement perspective, if you sit in Row 1, your arm & shoulder will block the aft side of the window so looking out feels unnatural as you twist your body for better viewing. In Row 2, your arm & shoulder will be just behind the window, viewing out feels more natural. In Row 3, you need to lean slightly forward for viewing & in Row 4 a more significant lean forward. Of course, with an upgrade, any F seat is the perfect seat.

In Skywest (OO) E175s, AS 4 digit flight number starting with the number '3', there is an additional window forward of the window at 1D. It provides additional natural light but viewing out isn't possible while seated. In Horizon (QX) E175s, AS 4 digit flight numbers starting with '2' there is no additional window.
