For me I will take the 175 any time. Quicker on and off, bigger windows if you don’t get upgraded and never a middle seat. Having said that and having done a couple of mid-cons on one I can say the F seats are not so comfortable and the legroom is less. For this short flight as many say, it probably comes down to what works best for you and which one has fewer F seats already booked.
