Was not possible online so called platinum line and it was tricky for the nice agent. Fare difference was not accessible on her screen due to upgrades so she had to do manual calculation and it took with ease 5-8 min. She came back with a very fair fare difference so i agreed but before confirmation the call was unfortunately terminated. Called again and this agent immediatly claimed that the upgrades would be " Automaticly cancelled by the system". He was not resonably at all so did HUCA.The third agent finished the work the first one started so it was a good end.
