Same for me, booked a holiday yesterday, it's all showing in MMB however I've yet to receive an email confirmation. I had to do it over the phone and she said she'd send it off to ticketing but it might take a little while. Travelling in less than 3 weeks so the full payment was charged but it did involve an FTV which might slow things down.
