Well now you probably have the OP panicked. Lol. Interesting tidbits above. I’m 34 and don’t remember these things and I’ve been flying since a young child. Heck once I got upgraded to first class on AirTran and the seat had a wild massive rip in the dark yellow foam under that dark blue faux leather.
interesting when even ExPlat customer service can’t reach ticketing. Hope you can provide an update soon. God forbid they can’t accommodate you tomorrow. Was it a standard flight reasonable fare nothing epic or off?
I don’t enjoy flying SW (aka WN) anymore but I recommend American hire or poach their entire tech team and send their layed off tech team to Alaska… everyone would benefit. Except Southwest corporate lol who already found themselves screwed when cocktails were cancelled and all airlines eliminated change fees and the airport gates cannot safely accommodate squishing 60 people side by side.
