I say probably as there will be a random selection of flights that are elected to bypass it each day, there is no rhyme or reason which flights get selected to bypass it. If you arrive on a bus gate (no airbridge) you are unlikely to avoid transit security but the bus does tip you out at a location with a shorter walk to get to the transit security area. You will only find out your luck on the transit security lottery when you exit the aircraft, if you get tipped out onto the main concourse and see other passengers milling around with trolleys and shopping you were lucky, but if the escalator you use as you enter the terminal goes up a long way, then your heading up to the arrivals / transit security floor. Depending on the gate you arrive at, it could be 10mins walk.
