So coincidentally I was unable this evening to check in for my flight tomorrow because AA failed to issue the ticket last week. There's a charge on my credit card, I have a record locator, and even an upgrade, but no ticket. 21 minutes on the phone with EXP agent who was not able to reach the ticketing desk. "I've never had such a hard time reaching them" she exclaimed. She said she would keep trying and we ended the call. 30 minutes later, I still don't have a ticket.
AA should just rip out all its IT and start over again.
