No, any amount of time I wrongly lose account to my account is a failure to meet my expectations.

This *should* be handled by an automated process, especially if it was something like a failed login attempt or an IP address associated with a VPN. In no universe is it acceptable for it to take this long to resolve.

William did reply to me that he's following up to try and expedite this process. I appreciate that.
