Hi FTers,

I was going to put this on the luxury hotel forum, but it may be more of an AMEX issue than a Ritz Carlton issue. I've done a lot of research and decided to stay at the Ritz over the Four Seasons because it'll cost less. (not sure if this is the best idea or not.)

I called the Hong Kong's PTS and found a good deal for an ocean view room at the Ritz in Bali. The thing is if I book through PTS, will I get an upgrade to the One-Bedroom Ocean Villa if it's available? That would be wonderful, but I'm not sure if they do the upgrade from hotel room to villa. So, I'm going to see if this is even a remote possibility from you FTers.

Although, the last time I went thru PTS with FS, they actually lost my reservation and I was pretty much out of luck.
